We intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. The only time you are required to provide personal information about yourself is when you place an order. We will only use this information to process your order.

If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes.

SHIPPING

Shipping pedestals is a serious task and we ask for your understanding concerning the cost of this important service. Size, weight, fragility and care in packaging all have to be carefully considered in order to get your product to you safely and efficiently. Our goal is to get your order to you without damage; therefore, extra attention must be paid to packaging and shipping of pedestals not ordinarily found in shipping of other goods.

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs will vary depending upon weight and dimensions of item and destination. All items should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and any damage reported immediately to us and we will file a claim with the carrier.

Please retain all packing materials for inspection. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.

In general, pedestals are made to order and not kept in inventory. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of your order. Some items require longer production times, more intricate packaging, and just take longer to ship. You will be informed of any such circumstances if and when they arise.

Due to the many variables in determining the expedited shipping cost we cannot determine the shipping fees until the product packaged and made ready to ship.

All shipping prices are for the shipping within the Continental United States. Please call for prices on shipments outside the Continental United States.

ORDERING

1. To minimize errors, please email or fax orders.
2. We will confirm your order by the next business day.
3. Please read confirmation carefully and notify us within 24 hours of any changes.
4. Custom orders may not be cancelled after confirmation is received.
5. Allow 4-6 weeks for custom items. We will ship sooner whenever possible.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Certified checks are also accepted. If this cost of your order exceeds $5,000.00 we will require payment by certified check.

PLEASE NOTE

Availability and prices are subject to change. Actual material and finishes may vary slightly from swatch samples and colors shown on the web side. Also, since each pedestal is hand-crafted, pedestal sizes may not be exact.  There may be a half inch (plus or minus) variation from the listed dimensions.
